I work mostly in audiovisual archival accessibility advocacy and consulting. This work includes publications, conference presentations, and workshops. My accessible archival workshops touch upon themes of programming, processing collections, inaccessible digital and physical archival spaces, training, and equitable hiring practises. These have been held in archives both in-person and virtually. These have been held with government archives, broadcast archives, archival professional organizations, and more.
I also mentor early career archivists, including those who identify as disabled, neurodivergent or have a chronic illness. I have also helped give research advice to disabled filmmakers through FWD-Doc.
