Facility was built in the 1990's - main floor is reasonably accessible but the 2nd floor offices are not; main floor does have lots of rooms that can be repurposed to be an office; main floor including entrance and the studio do not require any stairs. Carp shop / make up / kitchen / dressing rooms / studio / entrance are all on the main floor.
